Classically
trained chef Jennifer Cornell (The Small Chef at Large) graduated
from the New England Culinary Institute, where Jerry Garcia
sampled and enjoyed her catered
dinner.
She has nurtured her passion for cooking over more
than a decade of experience at fine restaurants and resorts
throughout the Caribbean.
Jennifer has also pursued a love
for the sea working as the chef on a live-aboard private luxury
yacht sailing between the Virgin Islands and South America.
Mainland catered events have included the famous "Russian
Tea Room" in
New York City where she made brunch for Hillary Clinton and
others.
Jennifer is now the Small Chef at Large- Catering in Key West. |
